By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Validity

All deliveries and services are carried out under these terms and conditions. The contract of sale is governed by Swiss law, specifically the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).

2. Offers and Conclusion of Contract

Product listings, brochures, and website information are non-binding and may be withdrawn at any time. A contract is concluded when The Estate confirms receipt of payment for the ordered goods.

3. Prices and VAT

Shipping costs are added at checkout. The Estate is a Swiss Verein below the CHF 100,000 turnover threshold and does not charge or remit VAT. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped via parcel service. Delivery times depend on postal services and cannot be guaranteed. If a customer refuses to accept a parcel, shipping costs are non-refundable. International shipments may be subject to local import duties, which the customer must pay. Ecl. from delivery: China (Mainland), Russia, North Korea, Iran, Venezuela. The Estate keeps the right to adjust the shipping rate even after checkout confirmation and payment have been completed. 

 

5. Returns, Repairs & Service

Returns are not accepted. The Estate does not repair or alter products after delivery.

6. Liability

Liability for lost, stolen, or damaged goods is limited to the value of the transaction, in accordance with Swiss law. This limitation does not affect liability in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
 

7. Privacy Policy

Customer data is collected solely to process orders and communicate about deliveries. For newsletters or promotions, only name and email address are used. Data is never shared with third parties. Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data in accordance with Swiss DSG and EU GDPR regulations.

8. Final Provisions

Jurisdiction: Courts of Canton Graubünden, Switzerland. Swiss law applies exclusively. The Estate reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read and accepted these terms.
